Summer Tutoring Registration

OPTION 2: Monthly Discounted Bundles. For Regular Weekly Tutoring of less than 8 sessions per month, register here. To begin the scheduling process, please complete the form below. Note: All Bowie tutoring is one-on-one, and each session is customized to the individual student. We do not offer classes with multiple students, except by request. If you have two or more siblings or friends needing sessions in the same subject, please inquire about our group rates.

    ACADEMIC NEEDS: Please let us know anything that may help us to better prepare for your child's sessions. SUMMER READING SUPPORT: Please list any required reading books by title and author. We will purchase a copy of each book for the tutor. Students must bring a personal copy for highlighting and note-taking in the margins.

    SUMMER TUTORING SCHEDULING
    Monthly Discounted Bundle Option
    You may choose one bundle for a single month or one bundle for each month. One bundle may not be split over more than one month. Bundle payments are due in full at the beginning of each month. All bundle sessions must be used in the same month. Once a bundle begins, no refunds may be issued for that month. Sessions may be canceled and rescheduled with a 24-hour notice. Should a student become ill, we require at least a 2-hour notice before the scheduled session to cancel without a charge. Make-up sessions must be scheduled to take place before August 8, 2025. After this date, any missed sessions will be forfeited.

    All sessions start on the hour. Summer tutoring hours are: 9:00AM–6:00PM Monday–Thursday and 9:00AM–5:00PM on Friday

    *Sessions during the week of June 30-July 3 are available for online sessions ONLY. The center will be closed during this week in observance of Independence Day (July 4).

    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Any cancellations or changes may be made as long as you notify us at least 24 hours before the affected session(s). Please note that if we do not receive the 24-hour notice, you will be held financially responsible for the session. Should a student become ill, we require at least a 2-hour notice before the scheduled session to cancel without a charge.
